How He Does It: Robert Caro Explains His Research and Writing Process
“To know a subject, Caro suggests, you need to find a way to get the subject’s colleagues and family and neighbors talk. You can’t just show up and expect people to talk. You have to show a commitment to really know the subject.”
In the age of clickbaits and half-baked content, Robert Caro is a dinosaur. His genre is Biography and his book, ‘The Power Broker’ about the New York’s public official, Robert Moses is 1,336 pages long.
Yet, his style is persuasive. All thanks to his intense research and dedication he pours into his work. This is a wonderful article exploring his writing process.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People - Dr. Stephen Covey
“Take responsibility for your reaction to your experiences, take the initiative to respond positively and improve the situation… Envision what you want in the future so you can work and plan towards it.”
Considered a self-help classic and listed as one of "The 25 Most Influential Business Management Books" by Time, the book has sold more 25 million copies in 40 languages worldwide.
In this book, Dr.Covey presents an approach to being effective in attaining goals by aligning oneself to what he calls "true north" principles based on a character ethic that he presents as universal and timeless.
