Hi,
Welcome to Aurasky Newsletter!
In such trying times, it is easy to fall prey to the victim mentality, but it is more honourable to follow the path of continuous improvement. It is during such moments, that we tested, but we have a choice to practice self-love and compassion.
For everyone out there, let us take this very moment to heal ourselves and the world around us.
With love & gratitude,
Sathya
1. 21 Things to do during 21 Days Lockdown
"The time we are passing through will be written in the History books. " Morgan Housel
We are going through one of the toughest times during our lifetime. There is no doubt that what we are going through would be written in History books, for the future generation to read and learn. Despite the situation, I recommend not to forget the humanity within us. Let us use this as an opportunity to build strong bonds and share love with ourselves and people around.
2. 21 Free Ebooks
"Reading is the best remedy."
Here is a interesting list of eclectic books that you may like reading during the #lockdown. Nevertheless they are inspirational, but also help to open one's mind to different ways of living in our lives.
3. Ho’oponopono: How to practice it in 4 simple steps
"The secret is there is no such thing as “out there” – everything happens to you in your mind. Everything you see, everything you hear, every person you meet, you experience in your mind."
Ho'oponopono meditation has been one of the life changing practices in my life. The mere simplicity of the practice, and at the same time, the depth of the philosophy is what attracts me towards it. I wish you learn from it and feel the same.
"I am sorry! Please forgive me! Thank you! I love you!!!"
4. Dr.Masaru Emoto – The Power of Words
“Words are the vibration of nature. Therefore, beautiful words create beautiful nature. Ugly words create ugly nature. This is the root of the universe." – Dr Masaru Emoto
The more I learn about the intention and manifestation, the more I hear about wonderful power of thoughts and words. Here is a scientific validation for the vibrational energy that we are capable of.
5. Continuous Improvement: How It Works and How to Master It
"It is so easy to dismiss the value of making slightly better decisions on a daily basis... improving by just 1 percent isn't notable (and sometimes it isn't even noticeable). But it can be just as meaningful, especially in the long run."
Start now, start small, start again... This has always been mantra for my life. Life is a wonderful journey of continuous improvement - a process that could take us close to enlightenment.
