Dialoguing
"The idea is that one voice is looking at the goal from the present, and the other is looking back from the perspective of having achieved it?"
This is one of the interesting techniques I have been using with quite a lot of success. It is the entire premise of the book 'How to Make Your Dreams Come True' by Mark Forster.

Slow Down … to Enjoy Life
"At Volvo in Sweden, any project in the company “takes 2 years to be finalized, even if the idea is simple and brilliant. It’s a rule.”"
Isn't that fantastic!!! We unfortunately are action-biased, hasty and fail to think long-term. I believe that there is lot more merit in slowing down our lives generally.
